By using GPS-Carpool it is possible to ad-hoc (where and whenever you like) get yourself in touch with a driver or passenger!

Suppose you are in Amsterdam and you want to go to Berlin. Just step outside, get your phone, type your destination and wait for about 10 minutes before a car stops and invites you to step in! That's what GPS-Carpool is all about!


With a smartphone with GPS and internet connection, this is possible!
An internet server collects this data, compares it with data from other users and, within seconds, sends back the results to your smartphone. Now passenger and driver are aware of eachothers presence and can get connected.

Participation in GPS-Carpool is free, NO obligation to sign up!
However, without signing up, the participant is "anonymous".
Just because of this, the anonymous participant cannot use features like "Redlist" and "Track my GPS-coordinates".
Plus... not everyone likes to ride along with people who prefer to stay "anonymous".
